Show how you hit the crash. Elaborate on your environment. If the problem can not be reproduced by the developers - you have not described the problem and how you hit it well enough, or you are using the software in a way the authors have not conceived of, or you have some 3rd party item that causes issues.

As a soft phone seems too be too much for you to handle, I suggested a hard phone as it would solve your problem. If you actually have what it takes - putting some thought in how you use the software and actually describing the steps you take to trigger the problem would be useful.
