[Blink] Blink & Ubuntu 15.10

Hi All,

Is there a way to get this working on 15.10. I noticed there is a PPA for
15.04. Sometimes you can trick the system into believing that 15.04 is
really 15.04 by changing say Trusty to Wiley. But in this case there were
some dependencies broken. Something to do with changes to libvncserver.

I tried to build it too, but couldn't get that sorted either. If there are
instructions on building and required dependences I'm sure I can get that
part done by myself.
