[Blink] DTMF

In the help it mentions that you need to "focus the call" to use DTMF. I 
have discovered this also. But the problem is that if the main window is 
not visible when the call comes in, it becomes impossible to focus the 
call (I haven't found a way, anyway). I click on Switch to Calls and 
Switch to Contacts, and can never bring the current connected call up. I 
need to bring it up to accept the incoming Intercall conference call.

Apart from that issue, I love Blink.
