Is likely that your provider does not support Subscribe and Publish at all so the intervals for them is irrelevant.

The problem you have is that your Register are rejected, which is used for receiving incoming calls. Try change the Register interval value, and see if you find some value that makes them happy. Try 600 or 3600 which are often used values with other providers.

If you can past the full SIP trace we may be able to spot some clues.
