[Blink] Unicode bug Windows 8

There is a free program at http://www.voidtools.com called Search Everything that will find things on your hard drive
that Windows search will not find. If you decide to install it, get the beta version. It's perfectly stable, and it
includes more features than the "stable" version. Once you run the program, search for "Blink", and you will find
everything related to the program.
