[Blink] How to Disable Non-Blink Audio during Call

These muting is application specific, there is no mute all audio yet let Blink work type of action possible. iTunes and Spotify in particular work but the rest not as they must be 1) exporting an API to the rest of the system and 2) Apple  must grant access to it as the application runs in a Sandbox.
