[Blink] How to authorize XMPP presence and chat?

Looking at my own logs it seems that connection from sip2sip.info domain to jabber.org domain do not work

 [xmppgateway] SIP subscription from @sip2sip.info to @jabber.org timed out for presence flow 0xd7d9a0c (3 subs)

Could be a network issue, but can only speculate about the reasons.

I do receive notifies from jit.si and gmail.com domains all right.
