1. First you must check that the device is registered on the SIP server (if is registered it means is able to receive incoming calls). For this Go to menu Tools -> Server settings page, in Devices tab you should find the device with its Internet address listed. If is not there, you must troubleshoot why the end-points does not register by checking the client logs as described here http://projects.ag-projects.com/projects/blinkqt/wiki/Help

2. If point 1 shows that the device is registered then make the call to its address and check the call logs on the server page on either calling or called device. Go to menu Tools -> Server settings page. In History tab you can find the sip trace for each call made on sip2sip server, which may shed some light about the reason of the call failure.
