[Blink] support for rf4579

Hi there, 

when calling test at conference.sip2sip.info I can see remote participants in the "Remote Conference Participants" section.  But when using FreeSWITCH when I call 3000 and enabled  rfc4579 in FreeSWITCH I still cannot see the participants. A sip trace shows Blink doesn't subscribe the conference event. Any highlight why it doesn't subscribe?

I use Pro 2.3.0 build 9873.

I see it works ok with FreeSWITCH before.
