[Blink] Gray Account Names

For starters, Blink is working with getonsip.com. However, the name is grayed
out in the pull down list. I would not have known there was a problem if I had
not investigated why some entries are gray.

Yes, getonsip.com works with Bria, which is the only other one I'm testing at
the moment.

I've reached out to onsip.com. They asked me to open a support ticket to allow
them to investigate, but I can't find the buttons on their website to click to
open a support ticket. Maybe they will respond with an email address. They said
they have not test Blink (Windows) with their service. Maybe this exercise will
help both side.
