[Blink] Blink for windows: answering machine ... does nothing

Hello Support team.
Great work with Blink. But... Blink seems not considering any settings
regarding the answering machine.
And, inside the preferences, the buttons to record or playback a message do
nothing.
Is it a missing feature or maybe something is involved with my PC?
