[Blink] Which SIP service providers support SMS that can be used by Blink?

I have not seen any. The reason is simple.

While it is trivial to sent a short message to a mobile network using many of the outgoing SMS gateway services out there, the next legitimate questions of a user would be how to get messages back. This requires the allocation a phone number in the GSM network for routing back the messages. And when it comes to phone numbers on GSM networks the discussion ends abruptly as no GSM operator allocates such numbers for usage outside of their own network.

There is a small chance that such messaging with mobile networks will work using MSRP protocol as RCS currently deployed by mobile operators uses MSRP media and they may end -up opening their walled garden due to pressure from the major open Internet messaging players.
