[Blink] Fwd: Attended transfer - Replaces Invite not reaching Blink

Hi

I have discovered that when trying to do an attended transfer to Blink the
Replaces Invite from the proxy arrives on the interface of my Mac but does
not get to Blink. As a consequence the proxy times out the refer.

There are two files attached.  One is a Wireshark capture file of the
attempted attended transfer. The other is the Blink SIP log for the same
call. Frames 11, 12, etc do not appear in the log.
