This feature is now available in latest version 1.7.1 from the App Store.

Go to Preferences -> Account -> Advanced ->SIP and set both outbound proxies. Then in the Call menu you can quickly selected between them.

As it is still the same account, what I want actually is to change some properties of the account based on a selectable profile, like inside or outside of a certain network. It makes no sense to duplicate all settings in two accounts, this is just confusing no matter how you present it, while what I really want is to change only a few settings depending on a clear identifiable condition which could even be detected automatically so user does not have to do anything to manually set it, if possible.
