BTW you do not need to put sip: in front user at domain is enough

Right click on contacts should work as always. Perhaps there is some exception, check the logs in Console application when you right click and paste them here.

That red circle means that the contact is denied to receive presence information. When you edit the contact, the policy can be edited in the subscriptions popup button.
