[Blink] Windows version?

Hi All,

I just installed the Windows release of Blink to a laptop that was
rebuilt a couple of months ago. The process that checks for updates
says that there's a much newer release. However, when I let it download
the installed, which it does all on its own, its the version same
version.

What gives?
