no I'm running debian packages. libqt4 seems to be broken up into many 
packages in debian. Here's what I've got for you, let me know if there 
are specific additional packages you want versions on.

libqtgui4:
   Installed: 4:4.7.2-3

python-qt4:
   Installed: 4.8.3-2

python-sip:
   Installed: 4.12.1-1
