[Blink] Problem with 1&1

Hi Emil,
did you ever negotiate with a traffic warden about the withdrawal of a ticket?
Asking a provider for a change as a single user has pretty similar probability for success.
1&1 is a large provider in Germany - I see no realistic chance for getting a better implementation.
