[Blink] outbound proxy not used

Your idea is OK. But someone needs to build such a thing, what for?

Building a work-around in Blink for the fact that the name servers authoritative for some domain is not properly configured.

Such configuration make sense only for test purposes. For this, configuring the IP address as the outbound proxy is a simpler work-around that requires no modifications in the software.
