[Blink] Dialing while on a call

Good afternoon,

I am having difficulty figuring out how to dial while on a call.

1. I dial 86 to access my SIP account voicemail.
2. The system comes up and asks me for my access code.

I don't know how to dial in my access code, neither the standard numeric keys, nor the numpad keys seem to work, and I don't seem to be able to find an onscreen keypad.

Note: using latest release of Blink on Snow Leopard 10.6.3 with VoiceOver screen-reader.
