In a generic way maybe ua-profile can be used in the future but you need server support for it and also you need to discover that as well if you use a non -standard location as you do with MWI.

The best way is to subscribe for your own URI as it relates to your own account and configure the server accordingly in one central place. 

There is no other discovery mechanism planed in Blink for MWI.
