[Blink] incoming call address book matching(mac)

yea I forgot to append the zero, but the problem do exist. However, I've
tested with both Sipgate & Gizmo5, this issue only occurs with Gizmo5
account but not with Sipgate.
Here is a screenshot, the 3 digits blocked by the red square are the same.
