According to your report the running version is 0.19.0, not 0.19.1. Any 
change the update was not performed correctly?

Can you try to reinstall Blink by downloading the dmg from 
http://icanblink.com and overwriting the existing installation? Just to 
be safe check that Blink (and OSXVncServer) it's not running with 
Activity Monitor.
